Senior/Staff Product Manager, Vault

📋 Description

• Define and own Vault product vision and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product development with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with engineering on scalable, secure systems.
• Own enterprise integrations with iManage, SharePoint, Dropbox, Box.
• Define KPIs and measure impact of Vault adoption and value.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Governance for launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years PM experience, incl. 3+ years at Staff/Senior PM.
• Proven track record scaling platform/infrastructure for enterprise SaaS/DMS.
• Strong technical acumen: system design, distributed systems, data pipelines, retrieval.
• Experience handling sensitive data with robust security/compliance.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Preferred: AI/ML, semantic search, and enterprise integrations (APIs/SSO/OAuth/DMS).
