Apply advanced sampling techniques and tune simulations for strong signals
Automate mining and sampling ecosystem to scale to new cities
Contribute to both engineering and data science projects hands-on
Lead a small team of data science–friendly engineers
Partner with product, engineering, data science, frontend and backend teams on strategy

🎯 Requirements

Strong engineering design and programming skills
Strong data fluency and analysis skills
Familiar with stats methods: hypothesis testing, experiment design, sampling
Foundational and contemporary ML concepts
Experience managing teams up to 8 people
BS/MS in CS, Robotics, Statistics, Physics, Math, or quantitative field

Salary range: $281,000 — $356,000 USD
