Senior Stock Plan Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations.
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across systems.
• Ensure SOX-compliant data integrity and internal controls.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Tax on data issues and ASC 718 modeling.
• Navigate global regulatory updates and tax mobility frameworks.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials and proxy tables.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading global equity/ESPP at a public tech company.
• Proficiency with Fidelity PSW.
• CEP Level 3 designation preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, XLOOKUP).
• Ability to model stock-based comp (ASC 718).
• Strong cross-functional communication and exec support.
