Senior Stock Plan Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end equity/ESPP lifecycle operations (grants, vesting, exercises)
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across Workday, ADP, Fidelity
• Architect internal controls and drive data integrity with SOX compliance
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax on Section 16 filings and data issues
• Navigate global tax and mobility rules to ensure intl compliance
• Advise executives and prepare Compensation Committee materials

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading equity/ESPP programs at global tech company
• Fidelity PSW and CEP Level 3 designation preferred
• Advanced Excel/Sheets (pivot, complex formulas, XLOOKUP)
• Cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, Tax
• Ability to model stock-based compensation (ASC 718)
