Senior Stock Plan Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations.
• Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across Workday, ADP, Fidelity.
• Architect internal controls and SOX-compliant data reconciliation.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax for filings and ASC 718 modeling.
• Navigate global regulatory updates to ensure international compliance and mitigate risk.
• Support executive stakeholders with stock plan materials and proxy equity tables.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading complex equity/ESPP programs at global, fast-scaling tech companies.
• Hands-on mastery of Fidelity PSW; CEP Level 3 designation preferred.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot, complex formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP).
• Strong ability to simplify financial narratives and align cross-functional teams.
• Growth mindset with a track record of improving processes.
• Excellent collaboration with Legal, Finance, Tax, and executives.
