📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations.
• Design, automate stock plan workflows across Workday, ADP, Fidelity.
• Architect internal controls and ensure data integrity for SOX.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Tax on filings and data issues.
• Navigate global regulatory updates to ensure international compliance.
• Support executives with stock plan materials and proxy equity tables.

🎯 Requirements

• CEP Level 3 certification and Fidelity PSW experience.
• Excel/Google Sheets expert with pivot tables and complex formulas.
• Automate compliance across multi-system environments.
• Strong communication to translate financial narratives across teams.
• Global regulatory and tax mobility awareness.
