Senior Stock Plan Manager

📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end equity/ESPP lifecycle: grants, vesting, exercises.
• Design, implement, and automate stock-plan workflows across Workday, ADP, Fidelity.
• Build internal controls and reconciliations for 100% data integrity and SOX.
• Partner with Legal/Finance/Tax on filings and data integrity.
• Navigate global tax/mobility rules to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials and educate employees on equity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading equity/ESPP programs at a global public tech company; Fidelity PSW expertise; CEP Level 3 preferred.
• Expert Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, formulas, xlookup/vlookup) with zero-error execution.
• Track record solving complex data issues across multi-system environments with automated compliance solutions.
• Strong relational intelligence: explain financial concepts clearly and align cross-departmentally.
