Senior Stock Plan Manager

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations
• Design and automate stock plan workflows across multiple systems
• Build internal controls and ensure data integrity with SOX
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax on filings
• Navigate global regulatory updates for tax mobility
• Support executives with stock plan materials and proxy tables
• Educate employees on equity programs via webinars and FAQs

🎯 Requirements

• CEP Level 3 designation and Fidelity PSW experience preferred
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with pivot tables and complex formulas
• Experience leading equity and ESPP programs at a global public tech company
• Ability to model stock-based compensation (ASC 718)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Legal and Finance
• Growth mindset and proactive process improvement
