Own end-to-end global equity and ESPP lifecycle operations.
Design, implement, and automate stock plan workflows across Workday, ADP, Fidelity.
Ensure 100% data integrity and maintain SOX compliance.
Partner with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Tax on filings and ASC 718 modeling.
Navigate global regulatory updates and tax mobility frameworks for intl compliance.
Serve as subject-matter expert on DO’s stock plans for executive stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

CEP Level 3 designation strongly preferred.
Hands-on Fidelity PSW experience.
Experience leading global equity/ESPP programs at a public tech company.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
Cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
