Senior Strategic Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with UK GTM and global finance leaders to set financial plans.
• Lead UK planning: budgets, rolling forecasts, long-term planning.
• Analyse performance across revenue, cost, productivity and profitability.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for investments and scenarios.
• Provide clear, practical insight on financial and operational performance.
• Strengthen performance reporting for timely insight that drives action.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in strategic, commercial or GTM finance, FP&A, or strategy consulting.
• Experience partnering with senior GTM/commercial/regional leaders and influencing decisions.
• Strong financial modelling skills: scenario analysis, investment evaluation, business cases.
• Digital and AI fluency: using AI-enabled tools to speed and scale analysis.
• Strong performance-analysis skills; identify drivers behind results.
• Clear communication across operational, technical and executive audiences.
