Senior Strategic Finance Manager - Go-To-Market

📋 Description

• Serve as the lead strategic finance partner to executives across GTM teams
• Build trusted relationships to become a go-to thought partner on key decisions
• Develop AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems
• Assess strategic priorities and quantitatively validate high-ROI initiatives
• Deliver data-driven recommendations for go-to-market tactics and experiments
• Own long-range and annual planning processes for GTM growth

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience, including 4+ years covering sales
• Foundational experience in investment banking, private equity, or management consulting preferred
• Experience with consumption-based business models is a plus
• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through financial analysis
• Demonstrated success driving sales strategy, planning, and performance management
• Experience building AI models, workflows, or automated analyses
