Senior Strategic Growth Associate (NYC)

📋 Description

• Conduct proactive outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential financial advisors
• Research and analyze target companies and industries to understand their needs and challenges
• Initiate contact with financial advisors through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Qualify leads by conducting effective discovery conversations to uncover their pain points and
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and account information in our CRM
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and competitive talent landscapes

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting and/or sales experience
• Bachelor’s degree
• Highly motivated and resilient by achieving targets consistently
• Ability to quickly build rapport, primarily via phone-based or video communication
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, GSuite
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
