Senior Strategic Partner Manager

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day management of strategic partnerships from post-signature through renewal.
• Serve as primary contact for partners, building trust and delivering a strong experience.
• Lead partner launches by coordinating timelines, ops, and issue resolution.
• Build cross-organizational relationships through reviews and strategic planning.
• Collaborate to develop marketing initiatives that drive awareness and user acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships and launch new products.
• Partner with Product Operations to optimize features and workflows at scale.
• Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to drive growth.
• Share insights across teams to shape future strategies and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in strategic partnerships or alliance management.
• Experience in consulting, telco, media, or subscription services with Europe focus.
• Understands commercial agreements, operations, marketing channels, and CAC/engagement metrics.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and BD teams.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Enjoy solving problems, take ownership, and adapt in fast-changing environments.
• Use data to inform decisions and develop growth-focused recommendations.
• Prioritize competing initiatives with attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate across distributed teams.
• Fluent in English.
• Telecommunications partnerships experience is beneficial.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or workflows is beneficial.
