📋 Description

• Plan and execute multi-channel social strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop messaging and assets.
• Provide client thought leadership and best-practice recommendations.
• Audit content strategies and optimize in-market assets.
• Distill insights into simple language to drive creative work.
• Develop content calendars and ensure timely publishing.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing, strategy and community management.
• Independently develop social strategies across Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok.
• Work on a cross-functional team with multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creatives to inspire ideas.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Deep fluency in African American culture and audiences.
• Proficient with Brandwatch, Captiv8, Sprinklr and other social listening tools.
