Senior Strategist; Program Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by framing complex challenges and applying human-centered
• Lead the development of design strategy approaches aligning stakeholder needs and business
• Translate complex ideas into compelling strategic narratives and executive-level presentations
• Develop messaging frameworks and content structures
• Lead change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement and adoption roadmaps
• Design governance frameworks and operating models

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communication, English, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in strategic communication, public affairs, program management, or strategy
• 7+ years program/project management experience including Agile methodologies
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Government contracting experience
