🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Digital/UX/Experience Strategy for enterprise.
• Agency background in digital, creative, or integrated settings.
• Proven leadership: shaping recommendations and presenting to executives.
• Strong IA, journey mapping, content strategy, and UX fundamentals.
• Ability to connect digital experience recommendations to business outcomes.
