Senior Strategy Manager, Financial Services & Omnicommerce

📋 Description

• Drive the annual and half-yearly strategy for Financial Services and Omnicommerce verticals
• Combine financial, product, and operational insights to translate commercial targets into roadmaps
• Lead Go-To-Market strategy and operational launch for new business concepts
• Independently lead complex projects through cross-functional collaboration
• Own team's prioritization framework, allocating resources and clearing bottlenecks
• Serve as a thought partner for country and regional Grab leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years in strategy, consulting, product, or program management
• Work experience in Financial Services (payments, credit, lending) or highly quantitative industries
• Ability to frame problems with clear hypotheses and translate complex datasets into strategic
• Proven experience driving P&L impact (revenue, cost savings, or efficiency)
• Strong project management capabilities to align stakeholders with conflicting priorities
• Experience managing a team, with interest in people development and mentoring
