Senior Subcontract Manager

📋 Description

• Lead contract management activities across assigned programs and projects
• Serve as the primary interface with external government and commercial customer contracting
• Support business development activities
• Oversee executed contracts
• Lead contract negotiations and administration
• Provide subcontract management guidance and oversight

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 15–20 years of experience in contracting or contract management
• Experience managing complex contracts full lifecycle
• Experience with government contracts, subcontracts, commercial agreements, grants, or
• Strong understanding of contract risk, compliance, commercial terms, negotiation strategy
• Experience partnering with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Business Development
