Senior Subrogation Adjuster (Remote, US)

📋 Description

• Review paid and open homeowner claims to identify subrogation potential early, evaluate liability
• Preserve and acquire evidence the moment a potential claim arises, putting parties on notice and
• Deploy experts with discipline, knowing when to use forensic investigators or engineers.
• Decide when litigation is justified, weighing recovery against costs and collection odds.
• Partner with subrogation vendor and outside counsel on placed files, reviewing and approving
• Train and coach front-line claims team to identify and refer subrogation opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of property claims experience, including 5+ years solely dedicated to property subrogation.
• Deep knowledge of cause-and-origin, liability theories, and multi-state legal issues (e.g., waiver
• Ability to evaluate and challenge expert reports and manage litigation spend.
• Track record of identifying high-value recoveries, preserving evidence, and negotiating complex
• Hands-on experience directing outside counsel and vendors.
• Active adjuster license(s) or eligibility for licensing in required states.
