📋 Description

• Manage engagement and value realization across a portfolio of up to five government and public
• Build a deep understanding of each customer's strategic priorities, operational challenges, and

• Lead complex programs involving multiple partners, contractors, and stakeholders, balancing

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles.
• At least 4 years of experience working in the federal government, with government contractors, or
• Demonstrated strategic program and project management capabilities, with a strong focus on customer
• Proven ability to build and maintain deep, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders.
• Experience expanding stakeholder relationships beyond primary contacts through effective
• Demonstrated ownership of complex, high-value customer accounts.
