• Own the Quality Lifecycle: Lead PPAP and APQP execution for custom wire harness and cable

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 5+ years of experience in new product development and manufacturing of custom wire
• Deep expertise in harness manufacturing processes: crimping, wire prep, molding/overmolding, cable
• Demonstrated experience implementing PPAP/APQP and managing supplier quality performance through
• BS in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with harness industry standards (e.g., IPC/WHMA-A-620) and experience with high-power
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
