📋 Description

• Monitor, analyze, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of issues affecting data platforms
• Communicate directly with clients, management, and business stakeholders during production events
• Serve as a liaison between data operations, development, infrastructure, engineering, and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field, or
• 2–4 years of experience developing or supporting enterprise-level applications in multi-node
• Strong knowledge of application architectures, workflows, monitoring tools, and enterprise
• Hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, PL/SQL, MS Access, and database management tools.
• Proficiency with scripting technologies such as PowerShell, Bash, or VB scripting.
• Experience with Java EE and/or .NET frameworks.
