Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead incident management and day-to-day monitoring of the production service delivery environment
• Ensure all services and applications operate optimally and SLAs are met
• Provide exceptional customer service and help desk support
• Administer and maintain Acumatica SaaS deployment lifecycle operations
• Develop and implement strategies for SaaS deployment lifecycle operations
• Operate and maintain AWS environments

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 5+ years' experience in relational databases, preferably MS SQL, including database design and
• 5+ years' experience managing websites, preferably IIS, and web application development/deployment
• 5+ years' experience in scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• 1+ year's experience with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• 1+ year's experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
