Senior Systems Engineer, Legal Systems

📋 Description

• Own admin, config, and optimization of Ironclad CLM, including workflows, templates, approvals, and
• Partner with Legal, Legal Ops, Finance, Sales, GTM, Procurement, Security, and IT to design
• Design and maintain contract workflows across intake, negotiation, execution, storage, and renewal.
• Build and support Ironclad integrations with CRM, ERP, procurement, billing, and identity
• Develop dashboards and analytics for contract visibility, compliance, and operational insights.
• Manage system security, access controls, and data governance for confidentiality and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Legal Operations, or related field (or
• 5+ years supporting Legal Systems, CLM platforms, or enterprise workflow tools; hands-on Ironclad
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes and legal operations workflows.
• Experience configuring workflow automation, approvals, templates, and permissions in CLM systems.
• Experience with GenAI-driven automation and how AI agents/workflows can accelerate migrations, data
• Experience with system integrations and APIs; strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication
