Senior Systems Engineer, Test Frameworks & Validation Platform

📋 Description

• Own and evolve the in-house, Kubernetes-native test framework.
• Build test harnesses and CI infrastructure at fleet scale.
• Extend coverage into HPC verification and Slurm-on-Kubernetes (SUNK).
• Harden the framework’s core and ensure fast, trustworthy CI with low failure.
• Shape abstractions so engineers add tests without rework.
• Collaborate with firmware, kernel, imaging, and HPC teams on releases.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years building test infrastructure, systems software, or platform tooling.
• Fluent in Python; strong Rust experience or systems background (Go/C/C++).
• Comfortable in Kubernetes and containerized deployment and testing.
• Solid Linux systems background — boot chain, kernel, drivers, debugging.
• Proven testing discipline; automation, flaky-test elimination, and hermetic signals.
• Clear communicator who treats the test framework as a product.
