• Own full-cycle recruitment for commercial positions across the UK and Europe, covering roles from
• Lead executive search assignments, including market mapping, target-company identification
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, professional communities, referrals
• Develop personalized outreach strategies that generate engagement from passive talent and convert
• Partner with hiring managers and executives as a trusted talent advisor, providing insight into
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments and present focused shortlists supported by clear rationale

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong emphasis on sourcing, direct search, and
• Proven executive search experience, including successfully identifying and closing senior and
• Strong track record of recruiting commercial talent, particularly across sales, business
• Experience across recruitment or executive search agencies, in-house talent teams, and ideally
• Highly self-driven and autonomous, with the ability to organize priorities, manage searches
• Persistent and resilient approach to recruitment, with the determination to continue engaging
