📋 Description

• Define, design, and lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies across corporate governance
• Build and execute targeted sourcing campaigns to engage and close high-caliber passive talent
• Navigate complex EMEA hiring dynamics, proactively managing regional notice periods, candidate
• Conduct competitor mapping and gather market intelligence across fintech, traditional banking, and
• Articulate OKX’s vision to bridge traditional corporate and financial services talent into Web3 and
• Direct senior-level offer formulations, equity/token incentive structuring, and complex

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-lifecycle talent acquisition experience within a fast-paced corporate environment
• Proven track record of identifying, engaging, and closing senior passive talent across competitive
• In-depth understanding of cross-border EMEA hiring practices, regional employment regulations
• Strong business acumen with hands-on experience leveraging recruitment metrics, funnel analytics
• High degree of comfort operating in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments with changing business
• Exceptional consultative communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
