• Have delivered full-cycle recruiting in high-growth tech environments with a high talent bar, with
• Have sourced and placed talent within the German market for a major proportion of your career, with
• Communicate credibly with technical candidates and senior business leaders, with demonstrated
• Manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions without compromising rigour, quality, or the
• Take full ownership of your pipeline including creative search techniques, talent mapping
