📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from kickoff and sourcing through to screening and offer.
• Take on searches across any part of the business, moving between GTM, G&A, Product, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, in-house, embedded, or agency-side, with a proven range across
• Owned searches end-to-end and partnered directly with hiring managers.
• Get up to speed quickly on functions you haven't hired for before, using hiring manager
• Strong track record in proactive sourcing, able to walk through hard searches filled in the past
• Excellent communicator and proven closer, comfortable holding your own with senior stakeholders
• Hands-on with tools and automation, able to point to something built, automated, or streamlined
