📋 Description

• Lead GitLab's talent brand strategy, translating our employer value proposition and company
• Design integrated campaigns and build scalable content systems, recruiter resources, reporting
• Set editorial direction and align cross-functional partners and contributors on authentic stories
• Advise Talent Acquisition and business leaders on audience strategy and campaigns that support
• Improve candidate journey touchpoints so candidates receive transparent, consistent, and relevant
• Use performance data, audience insights, candidate feedback, and talent market and channel trends

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in talent brand, employer brand, or recruitment marketing.
• Experience developing and leading brand or recruitment marketing strategies across multiple
• Strong storytelling, writing, editing, and editorial judgment across multiple channels.
• Experience leading complex campaigns with multiple stakeholders, deadlines, budgets, or external
