Senior Talent Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the configuration, administration, and optimization of our ATS and wider recruiting tech stack
• Evaluate, implement, and retire tools, and manage the vendors behind them.
• Build automations that remove manual work from talent team members' days.
• Design, document, and continuously improve end-to-end hiring workflows, from requisition approval
• Keep hiring practices consistent across regions and compliant with data privacy regulations (e.g.
• Build dashboards and reports on funnel conversion, time to hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in recruitment operations, talent acquisition, or People Ops, with significant hands-on
• Proven experience building recruiting reports and turning the data into clear recommendations.
• Proven experience building automations or integrations that remove manual work from recruiting
• Proven experience leading change management and delivering enablement, including training and
• Working knowledge of data privacy requirements in hiring (e.g., GDPR) across regions.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
