🎯 Requirements

• Professional experience: At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including
• Recruitment expertise: Proven success building proactive talent pipelines, sourcing passive
• Strategic partnership: Demonstrated ability to advise hiring managers and senior leaders on role
• Technical understanding: Sufficient technical fluency to understand engineering, product, data, and
• Recruitment operations: Experience managing multiple concurrent searches, maintaining applicant
• Assessment capabilities: Strong understanding of structured interviewing, candidate evaluation
