📋 Description

• Lead full life-cycle recruitment for Rubrik's most complex engineering searches in India —
• Advise engineering Directors,VPs and above on hiring strategy, driving leveling calls, team
• Design and run multi-channel sourcing strategies without direction, using competitive intelligence
• Hold a credible technical conversation — enough depth to screen for real signal, calibrate a panel
• Make diverse pipelines structural: build them into intake, involve interview panels in sourcing
• Lead a Talent Acquisition initiative beyond your own reqs — interviewer calibration, technical

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full life-cycle recruiting, with substantial time hiring software engineers at product
• Proven ability to close senior and hard-to-fill technical roles independently, across more than one
• Technical fluency — you can read a systems or ML profile accurately and discuss the work without a
• Credibility with engineering VPs, evidenced by talent recommendations that changed a level, a
• Command of competitive intelligence in the Indian engineering market: who's hiring, who's losing
• Advanced command of an ATS and sourcing stack, at the level where peers come to you for guidance.
