• Run recruiting strategies end-to-end: attraction and sourcing, qualifying and hiring top talent for
• Work with hiring managers to expertly qualify requirements, understand trade-offs and build a
• Be an exceptional operator, running processes that focus on the very highest quality of hire as we
• Manage candidate relationships end-to-end: evaluating, building buy-in, managing close plans
• Partner with internal colleagues across the people and talent team to ensure we're collectively

• You have proven experience in an in-house Talent Partner role, supporting multiple hiring managers
• You can credibly partner with managers and build trust through delivery excellence.
• You can evaluate candidates effectively, and ensure you are regularly calibrated with your hiring
• You can build strong candidate relationships, understanding skills, motivations and decision
• You balance data with qualitative feedback to advise managers in their hiring strategy and approach.
