📋 Description

• Act as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to leaders and employees across headquarters
• Support managers with recruitment activities, from workforce needs clarification and role
• Empower hiring managers to take ownership of recruitment by implementing efficient hiring
• Coach, challenge, and support leaders in developing their management capabilities and becoming
• Advise managers on complex employee relations matters, including performance management
• Provide comprehensive People and Culture support across recruitment, onboarding, employee

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with demonstrated expertise in both
• Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee
• Proven experience advising, coaching, and supporting managers, with the confidence to handle
• Ability to build trusted relationships with leadership teams while providing constructive feedback
• Experience working in international or multi-country environments, with the ability to navigate
• Knowledge of employment legislation and labour law across different countries is an advantage.
