📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for high-impact roles across Product, Data, and GTM
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leaders, bringing structured processes
• Lead effective intake meetings, define search strategies, and translate business needs into clear

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience: A proven track record of sourcing and recruiting
• Relevant functional expertise: Demonstrated success recruiting for Product and Data roles, as well
• Full-cycle recruiting: Strong experience managing searches end to end, preferably in an in-house
• U.S. and LATAM market experience: Prior experience hiring in both regions, including recruiting for
• Senior stakeholder partnership: Confidence advising hiring managers and senior leaders while
• Exceptional communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with advanced or
