Hybrid role based out of Pennsauken, NJ
Support tax compliance activities and financial oversight of donations and grants
Assist pre- and post-grant activities: research, application, accounting, analysis
Develop knowledge of federal, state, local, and private programs for BAYADA businesses
Prepare nonprofit and tax filings with IRS and state agencies
Collaborate to determine grant compliance and report needs

🎯 Requirements

Four-year college degree in Accounting or Finance
Two to five years of public accounting or related experience
Proficient in Windows, Excel, Word; ability to learn software (e.g., Workday)
Strong US GAAP knowledge; ability to manage multiple assignments
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines; high confidentiality

Base Salary: $75,000- $80,000/ year depending on qualifications
