Senior Tax and Grant Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the discovery of new grant opportunities administered by Federal, State, Local, and Private
• Research the reporting requirements of grant opportunities; gauge the anticipated effort needed to
• Collaborate internally and, if needed, externally to determine the compliance implications of
• Support the grant application process, conducting analysis and/or furnishing related documentation
• Determine the permissible use of awarded dollars within the confines of the grant agreement.
• Assist in creating grant-specific budgets, ensuring adherence to the award’s requirements.

• Four (4) year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Two (2) to five (5) years of public accounting or related industry experience.
• Prior nonprofit experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) applications and ability to learn
• Strong understanding of US GAAP standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
