Senior Tax and Treasury Manager

📋 Description

• Own U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, partnering with external advisors on
• Manage indirect tax matters, including sales and use tax, VAT, and digital services tax, while
• Prepare and review tax provisions, deferred tax accounting, and related financial statement tax
• Serve as the primary contact for tax authority audits, notices, and information requests
• Own transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements, adapting the framework as the legal
• Advise cross-functional teams on tax implications related to new products, pricing models

🎯 Requirements

• Bring 7+ years of progressive experience in tax and/or treasury, ideally with experience across
• Have strong working knowledge of U.S. federal, state, and international tax compliance, along with
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with core treasury responsibilities, including cash forecasting
• Have experience building policies, processes, controls, and operational infrastructure from the
• Possess strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to translate complex tax and
• Be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment where priorities can change
