Own end-to-end U.S. federal/state income tax return compliance
Manage external service providers for compliance deliverables
Develop state income tax planning strategies to optimize tax and cash taxes
Monitor regulatory developments in U.S. federal/state tax law; assess impact to leadership
Respond to tax notices, audits, and examinations with external/internal stakeholders
Support ASC 740 calculations and tax provision processes

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in Accounting, Tax, or Finance; CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred
7+ years in tax with Big 4 or in-house supervisory experience
13+ years in U.S. federal/multi-state corporate tax compliance, ASC 740
Ability to build internal/external partner networks
Adaptable to a fast-paced, demanding environment
Experience with Workday ERP is a plus
