Senior Technical Account Manager, Life Sciences

📋 Description

• Partner with account leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that support revenue growth
• Identify customer priorities, emerging business opportunities, and unmet needs to expand the
• Support pipeline development, opportunity advancement, proposals, procurement activities, and
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business, technical, and executive stakeholders
• Act as a strategic advisor, aligning technical capabilities, industry expertise, and innovation
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, demonstrations, presentations, and solution

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Management Information
• At least 8 years of experience in life sciences or pharmaceutical consulting, sales support, or
• Proven ability to generate incremental revenue and contribute to complex sales cycles.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical and life sciences trends, industry disruption, and
• Experience collaborating with partners, system integrators, and cross-functional teams.
