Senior Technical Business Analyst

📋 Description

• Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, prioritization, and management of
• Partner with clients, Product Owners, developers, testers, and project leadership to understand
• Analyze complex business problems and recommend practical, technology-enabled solutions.
• Analyze current- and future-state processes to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and
• Facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, working sessions, and backlog refinement
• Ask probing questions to identify implicit requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and potential

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related
• Minimum six (6) years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Analysis, Systems Analysis, or
• Demonstrated experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, validating, and managing business and
• Experience translating business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows.
• Experience working directly with clients, business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical
