Senior Technical Consultant

📋 Description

• Effectively communicate project requirements with a diverse group of roles within our customer's
• Consulting customers on data architecture, data mapping best practices and recommendations, and
• Lead the technical integration of our products using web technologies such as Javascript, HTML
• Help identify, troubleshoot, and address technical risks and issues with web service integrations
• Quickly develop a deep understanding of our products and how they can be leveraged to meet customer
• Use Bloomreach tools and dashboards to demonstrate features to Customers and to provide high level

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in service delivery, with strong leadership, organization, communication
• Being detail-oriented, with strong technical problem-solving and debugging skills
• BS in Information Systems/Computer Science, or equivalent degree
• Experience with data imports, data transformations, and data transfers (API, SFTP) is required
• Frontend coding experience (Javascript – jQuery, HTML, CSS) ideally for a web-based SaaS platform
• Experience with Tag managers such Google Tag Manager and Tralium is seen as a benefit
