📋 Description

• Oversee and drive the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) to define, design, and implement
• Actively lead, coach, and mentor junior consultants through fast-paced software implementations
• Build seamless data pipelines and robust APIs to integrate multiple external enterprise systems
• Design and launch sophisticated relational data models in production environments utilizing
• Collaborate within cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies (sprints, stand-ups, pair
• Work directly with technical teams and business users to drive platform adoption, ensuring clients

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (required for Public Sector project clearance).
• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in software development or technical implementation consulting.
• Proven passion for mentoring others and experience leading small teams through post-sale software
• Foundational understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), database design, and SQL (queries
• Willingness to travel 10% or less annually to support customer engagements.
