📋 Description

• Design and build advanced technical interview content, including complex, multi-step coding
• Write and test interview content across multiple programming languages, taking on the technically
• Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up content creation, applying advanced engineering
• Lead peer reviews of interview content, providing technical feedback and setting the quality bar
• Diagnose and resolve issues with underperforming content, using performance data, interviewer
• Partner with Content Architecture on complex format decisions and help raise the technical bar for

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience (post-academic, post-internship), with
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including debugging, testing, and reviewing code, with
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Experience working remotely on global, distributed teams, with availability during US hours
