📋 Description

• Lead customer discovery with mortgage lenders, loan officers, and ops teams
• Prototype and explore product ideas hands-on
• Craft well-structured product specs and acceptance criteria
• Define success metrics for every major initiative
• Be the voice of the customer in technical architecture discussions
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to shape positioning

🎯 Requirements

• Technical background - software engineering experience or depth to read a codebase and contribute
• Fluency with LLM concepts - prompting, evals, retrieval, fine-tuning
• Experience building B2B SaaS products in a regulated industry (fintech, insurtech, healthcare, or
• Sharp customer research instincts
• Data fluency - comfortable pulling dashboards and forming hypotheses from quantitative data
• Track record shipping in a fast-moving startup environment
