🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline.
• Deep APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows knowledge.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and interpretation.
• 6-10 years of product experience in fintech, ecommerce, rewards, payments, or AI.
• Proven track record shipping complex products end-to-end.
• Experience in agile environments with engineering collaboration.
