Senior Technical Product Manager, Banking Platform

📋 Description

• Own the banking platform roadmap and ledger model end-to-end.
• Lead discovery, architecture, vendor decisions, and release plans.
• Define money movement requirements: transfers, ACH, card issuing, real-time rails.
• Ensure auditable systems with reporting, reconciliation, and controls.
• Plan migration, cutover, data mapping, and validation criteria.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Treasury stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, CS, or technical field.
• 5–10 years in product, with financial infrastructure experience.
• Deep ownership of ledgers, payments, card programs, or core banking.
• Strong SQL and data interpretation skills; API & event-driven thinking.
• Experience with Compliance, Legal, Finance stakeholders; regulated environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and data-driven decision making.
