📋 Description

• Lead large technical programs across engineering and partner teams, from infrastructure scaling to
• Connect platform and product engineering teams, keep context flowing, surface dependencies, and
• Own programs from scoping and kickoff through delivery, measurement, and retrospective.
• Partner with engineering leaders on roadmaps, identify how projects overlap or depend on one

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools such as Cursor or Claude Code, and a point of view on how they can

• A track record of building trust quickly and working effectively across teams.
