🎯 Requirements

5–8+ years of TPM in a high-growth SaaS, with launches or GTM.
Builder mindset; created processes or frameworks that stuck.
Strong data analytics instincts for release health and adoption.
Drive alignment across Eng, Product, Legal, Marketing, GTM, and Sales without direct authority.
Sharp written communication; crisp launch briefs and docs.
Strong prioritization; triage competing stakeholder demands.
